I’m Jinan, Registered Dietitian and Associate Professor. I love to eat, especially trying new foods. I have a sweet tooth and love nutritious desserts. I also love to explore new hiking trails.

I’m excited to share information about food and health to spread the joy of eating. Yes, it is possible to enjoy both your food and your health to the max and I am living proof you can do it too.
