  • blender


  • 1 ea Medium banana
  • 5~6 cubes Ice cubes
  • ½ cup Frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3 sections Navel orange
  • ½ cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk 1%


  • Add all ingredients to a blender jar and blend together until smooth or desired consistency is reached.
    1 ea Medium banana, 5~6 cubes Ice cubes, ½ cup Frozen mango chunks, ½ cup Frozen pineapple chunks, 3 sections Navel orange, ½ cup Vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 cup Milk
