Diversity in dietetics has been in the news lately, and the lack of awareness of diverse diets and body types has been highlighted. In this article originally published in the Winter 2021 issue of the Ventures newsletter for the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, I share my thoughts on how we can promote diversity in our field.
